CA2 Malaysian Qualifier ( Super 8 ) - Faizal Ramli

Supposedly the final qualifier event, before the filming begins in April 2009... the above 8 malaysian MuayThai exponent will battle it out for the 2nd Malaysian Spot in Season Two. As host country... Malaysia is the only country who has been accorded two contestant... Be assured, there will be blood!!

The F. M. T. THE.  (Federation Muay Italian Thai) in collaboration with the Kombat League is organizing the official Italian selection for The Contender Asia Season Two in the Palapanini of Modena on March 7, 2009.

Hong Kong CA2 Qualifier - Pak Wing Heung

Pak-Wing Heung (Hong Kong) defeated Zidov Dominik (Croatia/ Switzerland) by 2nd round TKO (Referee stoppage) to represent Hong Kong in Contender Asia Season 2.

The much anticipated Contender Asia Season Two is said to have the highest prize money ever to be paid out in the sport of Muay Thai. Build up and qualification events are currently being held around the world from Cape Town to Brisbane, from Singapore to Calgary, from Zurich to London, from Las Vegas to Amsterdam… and all roads will lead to Trengganu, Malaysia.

Malaysia wins the bid for Season Two of Contender Asia

The Malaysian Tourism Authority won the bid for Season Two of Contender Asia. It was a very tough decision, as Singapore, Thailand, Macau were also bidding, but the Malaysian Tourism Authority got the thumbs up to be the host country for Contender Asia Season Two.

North American / Canadian CA2 Qualifier - 1st Leg

Just Out! Contender Asia Season Two Canadian Qualifier event scheduled for September 20, 2008. The event will be a super 8 format, with 8 fighters battling it out in a single elimination tournament with the winner representing Canada on season Two of The Contender Asia!!

Calgary’s Jesse ‘Smiles’ Miles has been confirmed as the first entrant in the tournament and Trevor ‘TNT’ Smandych ( from Contender Asia Season 1 ) will be competing in a SUPERFIGHT!

CA Malaysian Qualifier - International Muay Thai Superfights

Mandate International and the World MuayThai Council (WMC) today announced a collaboration to bring the inaugural International MuayThai Superfights Series to Malaysia. Taking place on Saturday, the 5th of July - the public can expect a night of non-stop action never seen before in Malaysia.

Dedicated to Mr Parr ( Senior )

I was extremely touched by a comment left by JWP on my YouTube Channel telling me how his father got to watch his fight against Yoddy there and how he had loved it. As most of you would know, JWP's dad was diagnosed with terminal cancel just weeks b4 he arrived in Singapore for the final match. One can only imagine the mental state of JWP entering into the fight!

Thus, I have dedicated the 3-part Fight Clip to the Mr Parr ( Senior ) and ask fans to join in wishing JWP and his dad strength through their ordeal.
